Power: Most people have absolutely no idea how much personal power they have, and do not even know that they are conditioned to wait on the authority of another fallible human being. Refusing surrender to the supernatural power of God guarantees personal power given away to imagined authority.
Volunteering for Discomfort: If you’re not willing to volunteer for personal transformation and change you may be forced into it. This could be demonstrated to dramatic effect in the next five to ten years, by a bifurcation of two groups: ones who were willing to volunteer surrender, thriving regardless of circumstances and those forced to change at worst, facing tragedy and at best, feeling sentenced to growth. Change will result in both groups, in far different ways.
Discernment: Accepting opposing feelings at once with maturity, developing intuitive emotional intelligence, and maintaining robust cognitive immunity alongside common sense breeds discernment. Stability, sanity and interior spiritual security are all granted to people who, through various means and ways, master the art of discernment with an air of humble flexibility. Sustainable discernment is there whenever people from all walks of life, from all backgrounds, creeds and cultures thrive together in unity, grace and humor.
