Liberty: Using Your Freedom to do the Right Thing

Yesterday when RFK testified he mentioned the ridiculous campaign against the “Disinformation Dozen”. It was satisfying to hear him call that out. I am particularly fond of two members pictured below.

During the hearing, Stacey Plaskett served as a study in sociopathic narcissistic abuse. She lies and defames, relying on a framework that renders the American people middle schoolers who need to be protected from certain material, while relying on a warped perception of hate. She rendered one race even younger and more incapable than middle schoolers. The documentary Medical Racism was also mentioned in that hearing, because Stacey was attempting to smear it. I was privy to the process of its release and sent word about it here on Substack after meeting Kevin Jenkins, a producer on the film.

We laughed a lot that day. Kevin is hilarious. He gave a great speech from experience with local communities, the men and women he and his wife Gayle have been helping for decades and decades. He talked about using your “God courage” to stand.

We were all feeling the pain of the moment for various reasons that day, for ourselves and for others, but we were laughing, and we were being free people. Free Americans.

Papers, Please

I returned home and my husband and I were asked to leave our favorite Thai restaurant for not producing proof of enrollment in a medical experiment that has proven ineffective and unnecessary, as I expected. Weeks later I would speak at a local Council meeting about it, saying “ ‘papers please’ is not what I want to hear in any city in America.” What did I do? Kept living as a free citizen. Kept managing the pain of rejection for living according to what is true and right. I’m an American granddaughter of a grateful immigrant. I love to see hearings. I don’t need them.

I was recently asked to write for a foundation seeking donations for health freedom cases. I chose to write on the trans indoctrination issue, which guarantees 50 Mil per kid if they enroll in hormones, infections and surgeries for life. Same crisis as before, resisting Pharma propaganda and urgent, phony solution for a problem they created. A health freedom issue, indeed. They sent back an edit on my piece; a sanitized, censored rewrite. When I held them accountable for forcing self-censorship, they claimed I was no longer suitable for their foundation. They cited my writing style, the same writing style for which I was originally selected. They also gave me “permission” to publish my own damn piece here on Substack. Gotcha, gee thanks.

I wasn’t dealing with people who enjoy freedom and stand in full ownership of their God courage, defending it. I didn’t need to be told there was a donor or board member with a trans kid. When I was, it felt satisfying to have trusted my intuition. Not a free foundation, but collecting donations for health freedom cases. Not handling the core issue, which was in my piece. A How-To on being a free individual, free to speak the truth. They actually needed the very article I was writing, which included a personal inventory on why people self-censor, the high cost of seeking acceptance from others, and who eventually picks up the tab. If it’s Moms caving to trans agenda insanity, it’s the kids. I don’t have much patience for that.

Speak Freely, Boss

The moral of the story is, please stop self-censoring.

We don’t need hearings. We are the boss of our government. Stop giving them reason to herd a bunch of people who haven’t decided what they think, don’t know who they are, and don’t know what they don’t know.

Know. Find out for yourself. Then use YOUR first amendment. It’s yours.

Freedom is having choices, liberty is doing what’s right. Each one of us chooses every day, to self-censor or to speak truth. In a country that desperately needs to be full of people willing to simply have a conversation, it’s a big deal.
